You will receive a reminder and a short-term postponement. If you still do not pay, your registration will be cancelled by us.
Participants are not allowed to use extra lighting or any mechanical or digital devices that assist in puzzle assembly.
The use of printed templates with a 1:1 scale image of the puzzle, templates showing the manufacturer’s cutting pattern, or any printed document that provides information about the morphology of the pieces in each position—even if included with the product—is prohibited.
Digital devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) cannot be used to view or magnify the puzzle image.
For puzzles with 500 pieces, participants may use up to 2 trays made of cardboard, foam, or other materials, with a maximum size of A3. For puzzles with 1,000 pieces or more, up to 4 trays with a maximum size of A2 are allowed.
Supports for the puzzle box lid to hold it in a comfortable position are permitted.
Any assistance during the competition from individuals not registered as participants may result in disqualification.
The use of magnifying glasses and prescription glasses with magnification is allowed.
Headphones are permitted as long as they do not disturb other participants.
Singing or shouting is prohibited. The organizer may disqualify participants who are repeatedly warned for improper conduct.
Pets are not allowed in the competition area.
Puzzles cannot be skipped, all puzzles must be puzzled in the intended order.
Spectators are allowed and welcome. There is an area in the hall for spectators and participants who are taking a break.
It is not necessary for the entire team to be present from start to finish. The starting team should be present no later than 9:45 am, but at least 1 person should be there earlier to register the team. Someone from the team should also stay after the end of the event to collect the team's remaining puzzles.
You can change the team members yourself up to a few days before the event. If someone cannot take part, it is therefore possible to add another person to the team. If this is not technically possible, please contact magyarorszagipuzzleegyesulet@gmail.com
In principle, the team must consist of at least 4 people.
